Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Responsible to supervise the activity of development projects programs and assist its head in proposing the general policies and plans of the Fund related to the activities of health programs and follow up the achievement of the executive programs of those policies and objectives
A Development Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting projects aimed at community or organizational development. Here are the key roles and responsibilities associated with this position:

Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Project Development: Assist in the design and development of projects that align with organizational goals and community needs.
Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify community needs, gaps, and opportunities for development.
Advisory Support
Expert Guidance: Provide technical expertise and strategic advice to stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
Capacity Building: Support the development of skills and capacities among stakeholders through training, workshops, and mentoring.
Program Management
Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project outcomes and impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaboration: Foster collaboration among stakeholders, including local communities, government bodies, and other organizations to promote sustainable development.
Advocacy: Advocate for policies and practices that support community development and address systemic challenges.
Reporting and Documentation
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned to management and funding agencies.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, processes, and evaluations for accountability and knowledge sharing.
Research and Analysis
Data Analysis: Analyze data and trends related to community development, using insights to inform project design and implementation.
Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in development to inform strategies and approaches.
Additional Responsibilities
Resource Mobilization: Assist in identifying funding opportunities and developing proposals to secure financial support for projects.
Community Engagement: Engage with community members to ensure their voices and perspectives are considered in project planning and execution.
