Sourcing Candidates
Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screening and Interviewing
Resume Review: Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and qualifications before advancing them to hiring managers.
Coordination and Collaboration
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop clear job descriptions and requirements.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
Candidate Engagement
Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Employer Branding: Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.
Selection Process
Assessment Coordination: Organize and manage assessments or tests as part of the selection process, if applicable.
Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks and verify candidate backgrounds as part of the hiring process.
▪ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the oil & gas industry.
▪ Strong understanding of industry trends, technical roles, and recruitment strategies in the oil & gas sector.
▪ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
▪ Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
▪ Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in Qatar or the GCC region.
Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking to attract candidates.
Interviewing: Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit and competencies effectively.
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software for managing candidate pipelines and data.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to connect with candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
