▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Organizational Design or a relevant quantitative based Science discipline
▪ 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, which includes benchmarking, plan design, salary management, HR administration and supporting a diverse workforce
Experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
Familiarity with compensation management software and benefits administration systems.
Knowledge of Regulations:
Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying compensation policies to employees and stakeholders.
Ability to create clear and informative reports and presentations.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate compensation data and make informed recommendations.
