  • Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver highquality holistic care
  • Maintain residents hygiene and personal care needs with dignity and respect
  • Assist residents with nutrition and hydration ensuring their dietary needs are met
  • Support residents in mobility using appropriate aids
  • Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff
  • Provide compassionate endoflife care
  • Engage residents in enriching activities to enhance their quality of life
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing staff and management


Requirements

What We re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Practical experience in a caring role is preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Professional caring and empathetic demeanor
  • Comfort in sometimes challenging environments
  • Proficient command of the English language
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including days nights and weekends
