- Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver highquality holistic care
- Maintain residents hygiene and personal care needs with dignity and respect
- Assist residents with nutrition and hydration ensuring their dietary needs are met
- Support residents in mobility using appropriate aids
- Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff
- Provide compassionate endoflife care
- Engage residents in enriching activities to enhance their quality of life
- Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing staff and management
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or a related field
- Practical experience in a caring role is preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Professional caring and empathetic demeanor
- Comfort in sometimes challenging environments
- Proficient command of the English language
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days nights and weekends
