Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with nursing staff to provide highquality holistic care
- Maintain residents hygiene and personal care needs while ensuring their dignity
- Assist residents with nutrition and hydration
- Support mobility using appropriate aids
- Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff
- Provide compassionate endoflife care
- Engage residents in activities that enhance their quality of life
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by nursing staff and management
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or a related field
- Practical experience in a caring role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional caring and empathetic demeanor
- Comfort in sometimes challenging environments
- Good command of the English language
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days nights and weekends
