As the HRBP Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the business and the human resources department ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to manage daytoday HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and training programs. This position requires you to act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while promoting a positive work culture and improving organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in Human Resources particularly in Business Partnering or HR coordination roles.
- Experience working in a corporate environment ideally with experience in talent management employee relations and recruitment strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment training performance management and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different departments and employees at various levels.
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to resolving HR issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across various HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g. HRIS payroll systems performance management platforms).
- High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (depending on the workplace).
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Mexico
