Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Philadelphia PA (Onsite 3 days per week)

They provide highquality legal services across multiple practice areas including Insurance Coverage Employment Litigation Construction Defects and Governmental Liability. The firm is known for delivering costeffective solutions tailored to the needs of their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment litigation defense matters.
- Draft and file pleadings motions and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis.
- Manage depositions discovery processes and trial preparations.
- Participate in trials and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior litigators to maintain high standards of client service.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in employment litigation defense.
- Expertise in drafting pleadings briefs and trial documents.
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases.
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (additional NJ or NY licenses are a plus).
- Defenseside experience required (plaintiffside experience not applicable).
