This individual will need to have the understanding desire and the capability to grow and scale our Personal Lines & Small Commercial Division (Strategic Business Unit):
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall leadership budget and growth of this Division which consists of 30 staff and approximately $15mill in annualized premium.
Strategic Growth: Identify market opportunities especially within bilingual communities and implement business plans for expansion and profitability.
Team Management: Lead and mentor our excellent teams across sales service and retention to foster collaboration and high performance.
Client & Carrier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients insurance carriers and stakeholders.
Operational Oversight: Ensure daytoday operations comply with industry regulations optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
Financial Management: Oversee the division s budget monitor KPIs and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
Product Development & Marketing: Collaborate on product development stay updated on industry trends and drive marketing initiatives to grow the client base
Requirements
- 7 years in insurance specifically in Personal Lines & Small Commercial (commercial auto is a plus).
- Leadership: Proven experience managing highperforming teams and achieving organizational growth.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or Insurance (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strong sales negotiation communication interpersonal and data analysis abilities.
- Technology: Proficient in insurance software and technology solutions.
- Bilingual: A plus as we serve ESL customers (Albanian Romanian Russian Ukrainian).
