Job Title: ECommerce Merchandiser
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented organized and skilled ECommerce Merchandiser with strong copywriting experience to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing product data crafting compelling product descriptions and optimizing our online product catalogs. The role requires a proactive attitude strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills especially in copywriting for the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and manage product descriptions metadata and other productrelated content.
- Upload maintain and update product data in ecommerce platforms including BigCommerce.
- Conduct regular product catalog audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline product merchandising processes.
- Monitor product performance and optimize listings for search engine visibility and conversion rates.
- Utilize Excel for managing and analyzing product data ensuring meticulous accuracy.
- Handle any ad hoc merchandising tasks related to product listings descriptions and SEO.
Qualifications:
- Expertlevel proficiency in Excel for data analysis and management (nonnegotiable).
- Strong copywriting skills particularly in U.S. ecommerce markets.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms especially BigCommerce.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a crossfunctional team.
NicetoHaves:
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar imageediting tools.
- 12 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising data analysis or copywriting.
- Experience managing large product catalogs in a fastpaced environment.
