Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sustainability efforts on construction projects ensuring compliance with LEED and MOSTADAM standards.
- Collaborate with project teams including architects engineers and contractors to embed sustainable practices throughout the construction process.
- Conduct site assessments to monitor adherence to sustainability goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for LEED certification and MOSTADAM compliance ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders to review sustainability objectives progress and challenges.
- Provide technical expertise on sustainability strategies including energy efficiency water conservation and material selection.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability training programs for project teams.
- Prepare reports and presentations highlighting sustainability achievements and ongoing initiatives for stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends regulations and best practices in sustainable construction and green building certifications.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability engineering with a focus on LEED and MOSTADAM certifications.
- LEED AP credential and MOSTADAM AP credential are required; additional sustainability certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of green building practices sustainable materials and relevant environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in sustainability assessment tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
