Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors clients and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the front desk.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information about the organisation or services.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing data entry and maintaining office supplies.
- Monitor and manage visitor access ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- A friendly and professional demeanour with great customer service skills.
