Job Description
1.
Service clients needs about property and leasing information manage paperwork
corresponding to leasing agreements monitor vacancies and analyze.
2. Maintain Proper contracts and Leasing log sheet with full details along with status of the
contract.
3. Maintain leasing records and enter data into the company.
4. Increase dealership revenue through implementation of internet sales .
5. Utilize to keep track of leasing traffic and maintain persistent followup opportunities with
prospects.
6.
Ensure mistake free issuance of all lease contracts aligned with necessary information
provided in lease offers such as (Shop no. Area rate rent contract period contract start
date fitout period special conditions if any & etc.) and make sure the contract signed from
both sides & properly filled.
7. identify prospective tenants looking to lease a property
8. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
9. Contracts and Lease renewals after negotiations for rental increase and make sure its signed
from both sides & applied in system.
10. Ensure all contracts/Lease renewal letters communicated timeously to tenants before
contract/Lease end.
