Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant and Maintenance Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and the Maintain to Settle (MTS) domain. The role requires leading workshop facilitation information elicitation and providing expert guidance in large group settings. You will be responsible for ensuring successful integration and process decomposition in the MTS/Plant Maintenance area while also leveraging key Fiori applications and S/4HANA innovations.
Required Skills:
- Workshop Facilitation: Expertise in leading large group workshops gathering information and providing SAP best practices.
- Maintain to Settle Domain: Subject matter expert in SAPs Maintain to Settle (MTS) domain with knowledge of SAP best practice scenarios and L1L2L3 process decomposition.
- CrossFunctional Integration: Experience with crossfunctional integration in MTS/Plant Maintenance and a strong understanding of Fiori applications related to this domain.
- S/4HANA Expertise: Indepth knowledge of S/4HANA 1709 innovations simplification list and use cases as well as application and data architecture.
Nice to Have Skills:
- SAP SD Experience: Familiarity with SAP SD in S/4HANA is a significant advantage.
Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and provide expert insights in large group settings.
- Mentor team members on technology architecture and application delivery.
- Work closely with CxOlevel executives and demonstrate strong executive presence.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create a shared sense of direction.
- Present and articulate different viewpoints on various technologies.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to be flexible and creative.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and SAP advancements.
- Willingness to travel extensively up to 100% if required.
Experience:
- 710 years of relevant experience in SAP Plant and Maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leadership successful teamwork and professional achievements preferably in Consulting Services.
