We are seeking a SEN Behaviour Mentor in Sutton to support students with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs helping them manage behaviour and succeed in school.

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group mentoring to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist in developing behaviour management strategies to support emotional regulation.
- Work with the SENCO and staff to ensure progress in both academic and personal
- Facilitate social skills groups to help students build relationships and improve interaction with peers.
- Monitor and assess student behaviour providing regular feedback to the teaching staff and parents.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
- Ability to build rapport with students and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A DBS check is required.
