David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Frenchspeaking B2B Sales Specialist for their offices in Thessaloniki.
Position: B2B Sales Specialist
Location:Thessaloniki Greece
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct sales calls presentations and offer excellent service
- Assist customers with empathy guiding them in app usage
- Respond to inquiries via phone email and live chat promptly
- Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant teams
- Document interactions accurately and analyze customer trends
- Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships
- Promote new products with consultative solutions tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and with leadership on strategic initiatives
- Participate in training sessions and ensure adherence to service standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales ideally B2B or customer service
- Proficient in Windows OS Apple OS X Microsoft Office and Google apps
- Experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with sales tracking tools and adaptable to change
- Team player open to feedback and committed to learning and selfimprovement
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday 09 AM 06 PM.
