Job Description/ Responsibilities
No specific technical skills however candidate must have worked in a Business Analyst capacity.
Smart/talented goal communication.
Bridging the gap between Business and IT stakeholders.
Should be able to speak business and articulate business goals.
Should possess good logical and analytical mindset. Testing mind set. Find the gaps.; business basically throws requirements and it is up to this analyst to identify the gaps/ambiguities.

1. Business Rules / Decision Modeling Experience & Certification
2. Mortgage Industry or Financial Services Experience
3. Agile Methodology
4. Functional and Automation Testing knowledge.
Additional Information:
