Job Description

Are you passionate about resolving issues and helping clients find the right products and services Do you love talking to people We are looking for a Client Experience Specialist for our call center. You would be the first point of contact for our clients and the voice of Tricoci Salon and Spas.
This is a 100% remote role. The Call Center is open Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:
- Handle all incoming calls into the centralized company phone number
- Maintain client file database
- Create new bookings with strong keyboarding skills
- Confirm guests with upcoming appointments
- Document all booking modifications
- Complete project work as assigned by reservation center management
- Maintain agent and team standards. Accountable for personal goal numbers.
- Under general supervision understand and comply with Reservation Center policies & procedures.
- Use your knowledge to promote our innovative products and services
- Drive results and achieve goals in gift sales promotional campaigns events and so much more!
Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual:
- A minimum of two years experience in a Call Center environment in customer service.
- Reservation experience a plus.
- Ability to work various schedules including evenings weekends and some holidays.
- Highspeed internet is required.
- Ability to connect to a router/modem is required.
- Strong communication excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- Exhibits a professional appearance and maintains a friendly cheerful and courteous demeanor even under stressful situations.
- Strong keyboarding skills are needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
