Your Job
To specify
- System Administration:
- Monitor and maintain servers ensuring their optimal performance.
- Implement security measures and perform regular system updates and backups.
- Network Administration:
- Manage the network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and VPNs.e
- Monitor network performance identify issues and implement necessary fixes.
- Support connectivity across various locations and ensure high uptime.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to internal teams troubleshoot system and networkrelated issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT resources align with business needs.
- Documentation & Improvement:
- Document IT processes configurations and incidents.
- Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and security in system and network operations.
Your profile for this job
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of network management (TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and system administration (Windows/Linux servers).
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring the reliability and security of systems and networks requires meticulous attention.
- Team Player: Collaboration across departments especially in assisting nontechnical users.
- Curiosity and Initiative: A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and rapidly evolving IT environment.
