David Kennedy Recruitment is collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to help businesses create positive interactive and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. We are seeking a Hungarianspeaking SME Sales Ads to provide expert support to the sales teams and clients by offering advanced knowledge of digital advertising strategies tools and market trends. The SME will play a pivotal role in optimizing ad campaigns developing B2B partnerships and driving continuous business success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expertlevel advice and solutions for digital advertising strategies tools and platforms
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop present and refine tailored advertising campaigns for clients
- Lead workshops and training sessions to improve team knowledge and performance
- Monitor key performance metrics and optimize advertising campaigns for better results
- Maintain and grow longterm B2B partnerships by offering strategic insights and recommendations
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitive landscape to keep the sales team informed and equipped
- Support complex negotiations and sales presentations with detailed product and market expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of experience in online sales digital marketing or online advertising (B2B experience preferred)
- Hungarian language proficiency at C1 level and English proficiency at B2 level
- Proven track record of successful sales performance with experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of online advertising tools platforms and strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Comfortable leading training sessions and mentoring other team members
- Highly motivated goaloriented and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
