Job Description
UCHealth Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Center is looking for an NP/PA Primary Care to fill their Locums need!
Schedule:
Hospital Hours: 24/7
Work schedule: 8a4:30p
Number of shifts: 812 per month
Lunch schedule: 30 minutes
Dates of coverage: Every Saturday and every other Friday in addition to any vacation requests
Ideal Candidate: Experience completing medical history and physicals and treatment of medical diagnosis
Patient Population:
Adult (18): Hospital 80%
Geriatrics: Hospital 5%
Pediatrics: Hospital 15%
Practice Setting Required:
Inpatient Only
Areas of Rounding: Inpatient Units
Practice Profile:
Hospitalbased Practice
Number of Physicians in practice & their specialties: Psychiatrists 3; Supervising FMC provider 1
Support Staff: 7 LPN & BHT 5
Other physicians present during locum tenens coverage: YES
Is the locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: NO Physicians that are present are Psychiatrists not medical providers
Lab Onsite: NO
Number of exam rooms: 2
Xray Onsite: No. Its at Poudre Valley Hospital
Required Procedures:
- Adult inpatient
- Geriatrics
- Adolescent (13 18 years)
- General inpatient
Caseload:
Inpatient: up to 41
Number of Beds: 41
Admissions: up to 12
Charting Requirements: EMR EPIC
Orientation Process: Meet with Team Lead for shadowing and EPIC set up
Travel Requirements:
- Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
- Flights Up to xx750 RT cap
- Lodging Reimbursed by Receipt up to xx150 total per night cap.
- Car rental Reimbursed by Receipt up to an economy car cap.
- Mileage IRS Standard Rate.
Requirement description :
- DEA REQUIRED (required to move to work onsite)
- Board Certified REQUIRED
- BLS REQUIRED
- Provider must be local and within driving distance to the facility REQUIRED
