Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an RN Care Manager Home Health We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Barre VT 05641
Assignment Start Date: 11/11/2024
20 weeks Days 8hr shift 40 hours with 36 hours/week guaranteed

Experience:
- Must be an experienced traveler with Oasis and Home Health experience
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current VT State license RN License is required
- Current BLS/BCLS is required.
EMR System: McKesson experience preferred
Shift: DAYS: TuesdaySaturday. The first week will be MF to facilitate orientation; NO requested time off for this contract preferred
