Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for an RN House Supervisor. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Atlantic IA 50022
Assignment Start Date: 10/25/2024
13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36hours guaranteed per week
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please get in touch with a recruiter for full details.The House Supervisor will oversee the clinical operations of the facility by planning organizing directing and coordinating nursing units. The House Supervisor will identify opportunities for improvement in nursing operations consistent with current policies and procedures. The House Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of RNs LPNs and CNAs providing clinical expertise to staff as needed as well as interfacing with physicians. Clinical management is conducted in collaboration with other healthcare team members by maintaining cooperative relationships applying management principles relating and working effectively with others and effectively communicating.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Outpatient/Inpatient OT experience is preferred
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- A current and unencumbered IA State RN License is required.
- Must have BLS/BCLS certification
- ACLS PALS NRP TNCC & STABLE certification desired
EMR System: Experience/knowledge preferred
Shift: Nights 5 out of 6 weekends
