The dining room manager will split their time between office administration and nightly service helping to ensure a positive experience for all guests and staff.

Requirements
- Must have 3 years of management experience preferably at upscale dining establishments
- Must have training experience and proven track record of system implementation and execution of standards
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Must have strong customer service skills a positive attitude and willingness to learn contribute and grow within a team environment.
- Must have computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
