Job Description

Role:Senior Active Directory SME Consultant
Location: Plano TX
Type: C2C
Job Description:
1.Lead the migration consolidation and decommissioning of the acquired companys Active Directory (AD) infrastructure into the parent companys AD environment ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
2.Design and implement AD migration strategies including domain consolidation trust establishment and Group Policy management ensuring seamless integration and compatibility with existing IT systems.
3.Conduct a thorough assessment of the acquired companys AD infrastructure identifying potential risks security vulnerabilities and opportunities for optimization during the integration process.
4.Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with both companies security policies including identity and access management (IAM) best practices user provisioning and auditing mechanisms.
5.Develop and execute a detailed migration roadmap including the creation of rollback plans postmigration validation and decommissioning processes for legacy systems once integration is complete.
6.Provide expertlevel guidance and training to internal IT teams on Active Directory architecture including troubleshooting performance tuning and longterm management postintegration.
