Position Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Controller to oversee financial operations for our US business.
- The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a proven track record in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance.
- This role reports directly to the CFO and will collaborate with business leaders to maintain financial integrity and support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial functions for the US division including budgeting forecasting reporting and analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory frameworks.
- Lead and coordinate a finance team spread across the US and India.
- Partner with business leadership to devise and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and contribute to decisionmaking processes.
- Oversee cash flow management treasury operations and working capital optimization.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Assist in budget preparation monthly forecasting and variance reporting.
- Ensure timely accurate financial reporting and audit compliance.
- Support the CFO with strategic financial planning mergers acquisitions and highlevel financial activities.
Qualifications:
- CA or CPA designation is required.
- 15 years of experience in finance and accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Indepth knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in managing remote and global teams.
- Strong analytical strategic and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with senior management.
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
- High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail.
