As Head of Operations you will oversee and optimize our operational functions ensuring efficiency and scalability as we grow. Youll lead problemsolving efforts manage highstakes projects and foster a highperforming team. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence in a fastpaced environment driving process improvements and ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
Tasks
- Operational Leadership: Address operational challenges manage crises and streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable datadriven workflows and automate processes to enhance productivity.
- Project Management: Lead largescale initiatives with detailed planning resource management and proactive risk mitigation.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a highperforming operations team fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage external vendors and partners ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Operational ProblemSolving: 5 years of relevant experience with proven ability to resolve complex problems and manage crises effectively in agile environments.
- Process Optimization: Experience in building and optimizing scalable processes in fastpaced highgrowth settings. Knowhow of Airtable/ Zendesk Seli s highly preferred.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in planning resource allocation and risk management.
- Team Leadership: Successful track record in leading and developing small highperforming teams.
- Vendor Management: Extensive experience managing vendor relationships contracts and external partnerships.
