We help businesses find the right charging solutions for their customers. Today weve partnered with over 1200 businesses across Portugal Spain France Belgium Luxembourg and Poland with more than 2200 contracted locations.

We are excited to offer a unique 1month internship opportunity at Powerdot designed specifically for those interested in exploring the rapidly growing field of electric mobility. This internship is ideal for students or young professionals who are eager to gain handson experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities during the Internship:
Assist with customer inquiries and support through various channels including inbound/outbound calls and emails.
Learn and master key tools such as contact management systems and knowledge bases.
Support investigation of issues root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
Escalate and triage critical issues ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
Provide feedback on processes offering recommendations to enhance operations.
Complete thorough documentation of customer interactions and trends.

What Youll Gain:
Handson experience in a dynamic multicountry operation.
A chance to develop professional communication and problemsolving skills in both English and French (Spanish and Portuguese are a plus).
Insight into the growing electric mobility sector.

Details of the Internship:
Duration: 1 month (with the potential for future opportunities).
Location: Onsite in Lisbon.
Working hours: 7hour shifts between 7 AM and 12 AM (Portuguese time) with two consecutive days off per week.
