Tasks

As our Marketing Lead youll be the expert guiding FLUIDs marketing strategies positioning our brand for international growth. Youll amplify FLUIDs voice leveraging deep expertise in these areas to drive growth and elevate our brand presence on an international level.

Core Responsibilities:

• Be FLUIDs Voice: Lead all marketing communications ensuring exceptional quality and creative consistency across digital and print platforms while aligning with FLUIDs key messages and brand values.
• Social Media Mastery: Develop and execute together with a team member an impactful social media strategy that increases engagement grows our audience and aligns with FLUIDs brand identity.
• Content Marketing Leadership: together with teams (creative design business leadership) craft compelling narratives and oversee content creation across blogs websites and other channels ensuring the FLUID story resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience ensuring that the FLUID story reflects client needs and positions us competitively in the market.
• Performance Marketing Expertise: Drive measurable results through performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads Instagram and LinkedIn managing campaigns and analyzing data to optimize for maximum ROI.
• Strategic Marketing Development: Work closely with the founders and team leads to shape and execute FLUIDs comprehensive marketing strategy ensuring all initiatives align with business goals and drive growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead mentor and inspire the small marketing team ensuring strong collaboration and continuous development.
• Innovate and Adapt: Keep up with the latest trends tools and technologies in social content and performance marketing introducing new approaches that keep FLUID ahead of the curve.
• External Relations: Manage relationships with partners like IF Award Red Dot Award and Bayern Design by actively participating in award programs as well as design and business events.
• Media Relations: Develop and execute strategic public relations initiatives to enhance FLUIDs brand visibility foster media relationships and secure coverage in key industry and business publications.

Requirements

What We are Looking For:

• Experienced: You bring 5 years of expertise in marketing PR or related role preferably within an international creative agency environment.
• Expert in Social Content and Performance Marketing: You have proven expertise in social media strategy content marketing and performancedriven campaigns.
• Strategic Leader: You can develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and deliver results.
• Creative Storyteller: You turn complex ideas into clear compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Analytical Mind: Youre datadriven comfortable measuring and optimizing marketing performance to ensure we hit our targets.
• Fluent Communicator: Youre highly proficient in both German and English with outstanding writing and verbal communication skills.
