Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Present and promote our products/services over the phone.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
