Job Description
- Oversee the entire software development process from initial concept to delivery ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product owners developers and testers) to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.
- Proactively manage and address project risks and issues fostering clear and open communication.
- Coordinate resources across multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met and staying within budget.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure highquality software by adhering to best practices in development and testing.
- Continuously improve SDLC workflows driving efficiency.
- Keep comprehensive project documentation while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
- A tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- Ideally 3 5 years managing software development projects with an understanding of SDLC processes.
- Expertise with either PRINCE2 or PMP methodologies and handson SDLC experience managing all phases from requirements gathering to maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills able to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders while guiding teams toward project goals.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in dynamic fastpaced environments.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills to address project challenges and ensure smooth execution.
- Familiar with project management tools like JIRA Trello and software development tools like Git GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for effective project tracking and documentation.
