Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and resultsdriven Civil Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all estimating processes preparing detailed cost estimates and collaborating with key stakeholders. This role involves analyzing project plans engaging with suppliers and submitting competitive bids while continuously improving the accuracy of future estimates.
Job Description:
- Preparing Detailed Cost Estimates: Analyzing project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for materials labour and equipment.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with the director and senior management throughout the tender process.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure that all estimates are comprehensive and accurate.
- Risk Analysis: Identifying potential risks and uncertainties in the project and incorporating these into the estimates.
- Tender Preparation: Preparing and submitting bids for new projects ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with company standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Reviewing past project estimates and outcomes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of future estimates.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- Minimum 5 years Civil Estimating experience
- Knowledge of construction processes operations and methodologies
- A proven background managing successful tenders
- Strong commercial acumen
- Advanced problemsolving skills
- Good communication skills
- Possess a commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Have a great work ethic cando attitude and willingness to learn
- Capable to provide competitive estimates based on first principles from the inception of a project
- Desirable Tertiary qualification in engineering quantity surveying or similar

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AWST) 9:00 AM6:00 PM (PH Time)

Requirements/Skills needed: Bachelor s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect with a valid registration to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, preferably within the Australian Market 5+ years of experience in architectural design / drafting Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, Lumion, V-ray and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods. Excellent design, visualization, and drafting skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Effective English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships.
