Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Law Clerk to manage personal injury cases from inception to settlement. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing legal documents coordinating medical records corresponding with clients and supporting lawyers in all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and file legal documents including pleadings motions affidavits and discovery requests.
  • Manage case files maintain client contact and update file status regularly.
  • Organize and review medical reports accident benefits forms and expert witness documentation.
  • Liaise with insurance companies medical professionals and other legal parties.
  • Support lawyers in preparing for trials mediations and settlements.

Qualifications:

  • Law Clerk diploma or relevant certification.
  • Strong attention to detail organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
