Job Description:

Jack Laurie Group is seeking skilled and motivated Flooring Installers to join our Indianapolis team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing a variety of flooring materials including but not limited to carpet vinyl tile and hardwood. This position requires attention to detail physical stamina and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Measure cut and install flooring materials in residential and commercial spaces

Prepare surfaces for installation ensuring accuracy and quality

Operate hand and power tools effectively for installation tasks

Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise

Ensure job sites are cleaned up postinstallation

Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

Prior experience in flooring installation is highly preferred

Familiarity with various types of flooring materials

Ability to work with tools and heavy materials

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Willingness to travel locally for job assignments

Valid driver s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
