Job Description

The Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance the organizations internal and external engagement. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a strong background in human resources organizational psychology or business management complemented by knowledge in change management and communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess current communication practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular communication with employees to ensure transparency and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels including newsletters intranet social media and press releases.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop communication plans that support change initiatives within the organization.
  • Train and support teams on effective communication during transitions.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential risks.
  • Act as a spokesperson when necessary managing the organization s reputation.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare reports on communication metrics for leadership review.
  • Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.



Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Organizational Psychology Business Management or a related field.
  • Completion of a course/module/diploma in Change Management or Communications is highly desirable.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications with a focus on internal communications change management or related areas.
