The Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance the organizations internal and external engagement. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a strong background in human resources organizational psychology or business management complemented by knowledge in change management and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess current communication practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular communication with employees to ensure transparency and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels including newsletters intranet social media and press releases.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all platforms.
- Develop communication plans that support change initiatives within the organization.
- Train and support teams on effective communication during transitions.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential risks.
- Act as a spokesperson when necessary managing the organization s reputation.
- Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare reports on communication metrics for leadership review.
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Organizational Psychology Business Management or a related field.
- Completion of a course/module/diploma in Change Management or Communications is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications with a focus on internal communications change management or related areas.
