Support Staffs: 4 Histotech 1 Pathlogy Assistant 2 Cytotechs

Required to Supervise other healthcare providers: Yes

Procedures:

Electrophoresis Pathology Interpretation Hematology Differential Review

Anatomic Pathology: Sugical GI GU Neuropathology Hematopathology (Bone Marrow Lymph Nodes) Interpretation of Bone Marrow Aspirate/bx Cytology

Clinical Pathology: Hematology Microbiology Chemistry/Serology Blood Bank

Office Equipment: Leica ASP300S Processors

Type of Cryostat: Leica CM1800

Type of Microscope: Olympus

Cytology Proficiency Exam Required for GYN Cytolology: Yes

Method of Preparation: Cytospin

Laboratory Certification: CLIA CAP AABB TJC

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

Locum is not responsible for grossing their own specimen and will not be cutting their own frozen sections on the Cryostat.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
