Job Description

We are hiring a Director of Nursing( Maternity cover) contract for a leading nursing home in Dublin Ireland.
The maternity leave cover contract is for a specific purpose and fixed term. It is anticipated to begin in February 2025 and last for six to nine months.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for making certain that all rules regulations and guidelines are followed by employees at all levels of the house.
- In charge of giving nursing and allied services assistance clinical and strategic leadership and direction so that effective efficient highquality and residentcentered care can be delivered.
- In charge of adhering to all regulations that are pertinent to our industry.
- In charge of overseeing all clinical records in the house and making sure all systems are kept current.
- In charge of making sure that all care is comprehensive and tailored to each residents needs as well as overseeing the continuous evaluation and assessment of that care.
- Accountable for overseeing the entire hiring process and inspiring staff members via examplesetting empowerment communication and proper delegating.
Requirements
- Candidates need to have an NMBI registration.
- Information about any prior experience operating as a designated center
- Good clinical leadership and organizational abilities; specifics and documentation of any applicable degrees or approved training
- exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong ability to make decisions
- Supervisory / Management Qualification at Level 6
- Candidates must have at least three years of managerial experience.
