Job Description
:

Overview:
The Chief of Staff is a highimpact strategic leadership role that works closely with the CEO and executive team to drive the company s strategic initiatives streamline operations and improve organizational effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will manage crossfunctional projects support key decisionmaking processes and ensure that the executive office operates efficiently. This role requires a proactive highly organized individual with strong communication and leadership skills to oversee the alignment of business goals across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and implement the company s strategic initiatives and priorities.

  • Operational Efficiency:
    Oversee daily operations ensuring that key projects and initiatives are executed on time and in alignment with business objectives.

  • Executive Support:
    Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO providing support in decisionmaking meeting preparation and strategy development.

  • Crossfunctional Coordination:
    Work with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of companywide goals and initiatives.

  • Project Management:
    Lead and manage highpriority projects across multiple teams ensuring timely delivery resource allocation and achievement of project milestones.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders including board members investors and senior leadership to align efforts and communicate strategic objectives.

  • Meeting Facilitation:
    Organize and facilitate executive meetings including preparation of agendas followup on action items and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for discussions.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team for continuous improvement.

  • Communication:
    Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the CEO s office ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Problem Solving and DecisionMaking:
    Assist in solving complex problems addressing challenges and providing recommendations to the CEO to drive business decisions.

  • Team Leadership:
    Provide leadership to various teams and departments as needed fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance.



Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • 13 years of experience in a leadership or strategic operations role preferably in consulting corporate strategy or executive management.

  • Education:
    Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

  • Project Management:
    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple highimpact projects simultaneously.

  • Leadership:
    Proven leadership skills with experience in managing crossfunctional teams and leading organizational initiatives.

  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and align key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to think critically and strategically anticipating issues and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Organizational Skills:
    Highly organized with exceptional time management skills able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

  • Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastmoving environment with a flexible and adaptive approach to problemsolving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup fastgrowth environment.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives or board members.
