Key Responsibilities:

Configuring web forms based on the property formatted PDF document via

customized excel template.

Data mapping and configuration to synchronize the overall workflow.

Quality testing to ensure customers and their investors experience a bug free

environment.

Working with the Manager Delegate Solutions to build out and execute an ongoing

quality assurance testing (QA) program designed to ensure custom tailored

solutions are working as planned prior to customer go live.

Working with the Manager Delegate Solutions to track and document common

support requests in order to build a living library of FAQ documents that will be used

to inform the customer better and its users/investors.

Working with the Manager Delegate Solutions and Director of Operations to build

out documentation related to the customer onboarding process.

Establishing timelines and best practice for the onboarding process.

Organizing and tracking progress through Airtable or other tools in order to ensure

deadlines and priorities are properly tracked and met.

Building documentation that can be shared with customers to expectations set for

the duration of the onboarding process and overall relationship.

Working with the Director of Operations to document workflows and training

materials related to scope of role expansion.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science or Finance related field

At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Prior experience with process documentation

High degree of attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)

Experience or familiarity with Bash scripting Git Github JSON

Investment Industry experience is a plus

Experience with team expansion and product management is a plus
