SEEKING: Collaborative Data & Power Platform Product Lead

JOB PURPOSE

As the Collaborative Data Management and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) product leader you will play a key role in governing optimizing and driving the adoption of Microsoft collaborative tools (Teams SharePoint) and the Power Platform across the organization. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in data management and collaborative workflows while leading a center of excellence dedicated to promoting the use of the Power Platform.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collaborative Data Management (Teams/SharePoint):

Develop and implement a data management strategy through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Ensure governance and compliance of shared data adhering to internal policies and relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR data security).

Oversee the architecture of collaborative spaces to optimize the user experience.

Lead training and awareness sessions on best practices for using Teams and SharePoint.

Track KPIs and performance metrics to maximize the adoption of collaborative tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Track the level of storage and increase capacity if required.

Power Platform Center of Excellence Management:

Establish and manage a Center of Excellence for the Power Platform (Power BI Power Automate Power Apps).

Promote the use of Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improve productivity.

Lead crossfunctional teams in developing lowcode business applications and automated workflows.

Implement governance standards for apps and automated flows created within the Power Platform.

Monitor Power Platform advancements and identify new technological opportunities to meet business needs.

Coordinate training and support efforts for Power Platform users.

Technology Watch and Support:

Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 platforms.

Serve as the main point of contact between internal users and IT teams for all matters related to Teams SharePoint and the Power Platform.

Support the adoption and development of new collaborative tools based on organizational needs.

SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

English is the program language (oral & written) Spanish is a plus.

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems IT or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in Microsoft 365 environments particularly Teams SharePoint and the Power Platform.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (administration content management governance).

Expertise in using the Power Platform (Power BI Power Automate Power Apps).

Knowledge of data governance and security principles.

Experience in managing a center of excellence or crossfunctional teams.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and training abilities.

Strong leadership in driving digital transformation projects and promoting tool adoption.

Teamoriented organized and resultsdriven.

Rate: 240/ 260 per day VAT (According to proven experience)

Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) Hybrid: 3/4 days a week in person in the office
