Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will need to be the best negotiator and have strong query management skills. They will have to provide continuous support to handle any queries and escalations with regards to the product and service provided by the company and provide timely resolution.

What You ll Do
  • Handle inbound queries from customers and provide technical and product support via multiple channels (phone email chat Whatsapp)
  • Systematically escalate problems to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
  • Continually collaborate with multiple departments to understand and develop product knowledge.
  • Ownership to improve processes by analyzing escalated cases and working crossfunctionally to reduce resolution time and improve the customer experience.
  • Support in various adhoc audits and other internal control initiatives on an ongoing basis.
  • Be a great culture fit have the startup energy and be ready to be always on the move.


Requirements

What You ll Need

  • 13 years of experience in Customer Support Customer interaction Negotiation
  • Experience in the field of Interior Design / Insurance/ Healthcare/ECommerce is an added advantage.
  • Handon experience in handling customers Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
