JOB SPECIFICATION
Reports to: Sales Director
Contract: Permanent
Based: St Albans
Salary: Up to 40k (dependant on experience) OTE 60k
Travel: Up to 20% national travel
A full UK Driver s Licence is essential for this role.
ABOUT TRUST HIRE
We are an awardwinning privatelyowned St Albansheadquartered business providing security systems to our bluechip customer base across the UK.
This role is based at our St Albans office; however you will be expected to travel regularly to our office in Glasgow in addition to travel regularly to our client sites all across the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. Ideally you will have experience in a businesstobusiness solution sales environment. You will be an effective communicator with a thirst for success.
You ll have the ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve KPIs.
You will be responsible for delivering new business and for leveraging Trust Hire s value proposition learning and understanding the client s needs and tailoring a solution to suit.
You will be a natural hunter building new business and sharing strategies and plans with your colleagues to achieve common goals and KPI s.
