Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the daytoday operations of the Talent & Culture Department collaborating with senior leadership on implementing the human resources strategy.
- Foster positive employee relations by cultivating an environment of open communication trust mutual respect and enjoyment.
- Play an integral role in the Executive Committee with a focus on coaching support employee relations and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting.
- Provide strategic Human Resources support to the Executive Committee and implement policies and procedures aligned with the companys mission and values.
- Empower and assist departmental leaders and senior managers in developing specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in employee feedback.
- Oversee the administration of human resource programs including compensation benefits leaves disciplinary matters disputes and investigations performance and talent management productivity recognition morale occupational health and safety and training and development.
- Collaborate on developing the annual Talent & Culture budget and manage daytoday expenses monthend reporting and Talent & Culture accounts forecasting.
- Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations as well as recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Handle employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.
- Champion committees such as Employee Recognition and Diversity Equity & Inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with Accor/Fairmont policies and local legislation in all aspects of the human resources function conducting appropriate audits.
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
