What you will be doing:
- Demonstrates that all Front Office Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions
- Provides a warm welcome and assists guests according to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Brand Standards
- Ensure that there is adequate staff coverage in the Lobby and the Reception at all times
- Enrolls new Fairmont Presidents Club members and updates certificate maintenance when applicable
- And other tasks assigned by the superiors
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 2 year years experience in Front Office operations
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
