Reservations Agent
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!
As our next Reservation Agent you will be:
- Responsible for all reservations over the phone by fax or internet email and handles all associated operations
- Increases and optimizes room sales in line with the brand and hotels sales policy
- In this role you ensure guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Company standards.
- Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly making checkin operations easier for the front desk team.
- Handles reservations by applying the various stepbystep processes defined by the brand.
- Enters reservation details precisely and correctly.
- Ensures that information is passed on to the people concerned.
- Confirms the reservation; takes care over written communications.
- Communicates and cooperates with the other hotel departments.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Guest focused personality is essential
- Experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
