Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Assist guests with luggage handling ensuring a smooth and effortless checkin process.
- Park and retrieve guests vehicles safely and efficiently maintaining a secure and organized valet area.
- Provide information about the hotels facilities services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests aiming to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
- Clean driving record required.
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
