Job Description
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems throughout the hotel property including air conditioning units refrigeration equipment and ventilation systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues identifying and repairing faulty components promptly to minimize guest disruptions.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to assess and address HVAC needs in various areas such as guest rooms restaurants conference spaces and common areas.
Qualifications :
- Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning License is required.
- Previous experience working in hotel / resort / hospitality settings is preferred.
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment including small hand tools.
- Track record of efficiently managing projects ensuring minimal downtime and maximum guest satisfaction.
