The Creative Manager is responsible for leading the creative team in developing and executing innovative and compelling visual and conceptual designs across various media platforms. This role involves managing the creative process from concept to completion ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and align with the companys brand identity and objectives.
- Develop and communicate creative concepts strategies and visual guidelines for projects.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Plan and oversee the execution of creative projects from conception to delivery.
- Monitor project timelines budgets and resources to ensure efficient and successful outcomes.
- Develop visual concepts layouts and designs for print digital and multimedia projects.
- Review and approve creative materials to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Assign tasks set priorities and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members professional development.
- Work closely with marketing sales and other departments to support their creative needs.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on creative deliverables before final approval.
- Ensure that designs are errorfree visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Marketing or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and familiarity with multimedia tools.
- Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of branding marketing principles and industry trends.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources for creative projects is a plus.
