Job Description
F&B Attendant
This position is responsible for delivering a friendly fast accurate and efficient food and beverage service to our guests ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained according to our guests expectations.
- To welcome smile and greet our guests.
- Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
- To serve all our guests & colleagues with fast efficient and accurate service.
- Attend and accommodate guests reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
- To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offerings available to answer guests questions.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
- Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained.
- Set up clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated promptly.
- Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner ensuring guest satisfaction and ensuring that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management.
- Ensure all charges procedures are carried out according to agreed procedures.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Previous service experience is an asset
- Knowledge about the PointofSale System is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
- Basic Food Safety Certificate
- Arabic Speaking is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs always remain calm and courteous
