Outlet Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual who possesses exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to strategically manage our restaurant. What you will be doing:
- Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Engage motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture
- Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department such as reporting packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure as well as stocksand ordering
- Lead mentored and train the team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience from luxury background required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
