The Spa & Wellness Executive will play a key role in the development management and delivery of our spa services and wellness programs. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in spa and wellness management excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Management:
- Design and implement wellness and spa programs that align with our vision of longevity and holistic wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain a diverse range of spa treatments services and packages that cater to different guest needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our offerings.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service from their initial contact through to the completion of their spa experience.
- Address guest inquiries feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Personalize guest interactions and recommendations to enhance their overall spa experience.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead motivate and support spa staff including therapists and wellness practitioners ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on new treatments techniques and wellness trends.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling inventory management and facility maintenance.
- Ensure that all spa equipment products and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
- Monitor and manage the spa budget including tracking expenses managing inventory and maximizing revenue.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies special offers and events that drive spa traffic and enhance guest engagement.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media and other marketing channels to promote spa services and wellness programs.
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered in accordance with Fairmonts quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor procedures to ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Wellness Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in spa management wellness program development or a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of wellness trends spa treatments and longevity practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
